DESCRIPTION The Forum is made up of groups (currently 24) in the voluntary sector, who represent users of services, carers and local and national mental health charities.Our main purpose is to exchange information and enable users and carers to negotiate and be involved in the planning and monitoring of services.
SERVICES Member groups send representatives to monthly meetings. Research is carried out periodically into users and carers needs.Training and promotional events are organised. Members play a full part in health/social care planning.
