DESCRIPTION Organisation which provides support for anyone who has suffered mental ill-health, their carers and their families, by providing social activities and outings,drop-in centre, aromatherapy,advice.
SERVICES Drop-in coffee den where we provide refreshment and a chat; swimming sessions and indoor bowling at leisure centre;Creative writing sessions, Hearing voices group. Carers only group.art group, creative writing group, computer training; week-end barbecues, coach outings, theatre or show trips; hearing voices group, self-help group and U-NITE (a users' evening group).We also have our own caravan on the coast and provide cheap holidays for our clients.
