DESCRIPTION Locally managed charity working to make 'Care in the Community' a reality. Work with housing associations, to enable people with learning disabilities or mental health problems to remain living in their own homes.
SERVICES Support, from 24 hours to a few hours per week, to enable people to live in their own homes; 24 hour on-call service; specialist training courses; outdoor activities (climbing, mountain walking, abseiling); respite care.NVQ Assessment Centre; ILF work; supported living scheme; befriending scheme; project management; crisis intervention.
