DESCRIPTION Stonham Outreach services is part of Stonham Housing Association. The largest provider of supported accommodation within the UK.
SERVICES Drop-ins throughout the district of Easington, providing support, assisstance and a listening ear to individuals with mental ill health. Also attatched to the service are outreach support staff, two floating support accommodation services providing 15 bed spaces. Outreach Sports workers.
AREA COVERED The district of Easington. Although all areas of County Durham are covered by other Stonham Projects.
