| DESCRIPTION | A small group of service users have been meeting for five years for users' interests. They applied for, and were successful in obtaining, a lottery grant for a three year project.This is predominantly for a full time development worker and part time administrative support. This will enable the Council to become a service users' agency and have a members database. |
